Morris Polack died of wounds on 18th April, 1917 after having been evacuated back to a base hospital on the coast at Etaples. 4th London of 168 Brigade, 56th Division had been involved in the Battle of Arras in April, 1917, but as yet there is no infrormation as to when he was wounded and in what circunstances. |
